DESCRIPTION:SUMMIT FOR LIFE UPHILL RACE \n\n\nDecember 7\, 2019 \nThe 12th Annual Summit for Life Uphill Race invites local enthusiasts and regional sports junkies to strap on a headlamp and race up 3\,000 vertical feet to the top of Aspen Mountain. \nREGISTER\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpend your Saturday night hiking Aspen Mountain and support the Chris Klug Foundation in its lifesaving work educating and raising awareness of the importance of organ and tissue donation. Participants will use their preferred mode of non-motorized uphill transportation – snowshoes\, skins\, or crampons – to reach the summit of Aspen Mountain and a lively party at the Sundeck. Recreational hikers and competitive racers alike are welcome to participate\, or choose the “Ride for Life” up the Silver Queen Gondola to support hikers at the finish line and enjoy the party at the top.
