Aspen Highlands and Snowmass are set to host this elite race with some of the best U.S Ski Team athletes. \nThe last time Aspen Snowmass hosted a U.S. Alpine Tech Championships was 60 years ago\, but ski racing runs deep in the Roaring Fork Valley\, as Aspen Snowmass not only hosted the first World Championships outside of Europe in 1950\, but has been a continuous stop on the World Cup circuit for both the men and women. We most recently hosted the 2017 Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals. \nFor the first time\, NASTAR National Championships will take place at the same venue as U.S Alpine Tech Championships. This will allow the top NASTAR racers to have the unique opportunity to compete side-by-side with the best American ski racing athletes as U.S Ski Team members set the pace for NASTAR National Championships. \nCheck back soon for more event details!

This year Houndmouth an indie folk band take stage in Snowmass Base Village to cap off a week of NASTAR activities and races.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn late 2011\, Matt Myers\, Zak Appleby and Shane Cody started playing music together in a historic home in New Albany\, Indiana dubbed “The Green House.” Its rooms were adorned with relics from times past\, so it was no surprise that songs such as “Penitentiary” bounced off the walls. Nostalgic sounds from their first album seemed to serve as a welcome escape for listeners from the relentless demands of the digital age. But if you asked any one of the guys\, they were ‘just having fun.’ \nHoundmouth finds themselves recording and also touring their upcoming untitled fourth album expected to release in 2020. From their humble start\, genre-defining hits\, and experimentation\, Houndmouth has and continues to make their impact felt with their unique take on storytelling through music.

New Orleans brass band The Soul Rebels kick off the first of the highly anticipated Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Soul Rebels are riding high in 2019\, receiving national attention with recent performances with Katy Perry and DMX\, and featured on NPR’s Tiny Desk series and a debut late night TV appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The band continues to expand its international reach touring four continents including Europe\, Australia\, China\, South Korea and Japan. \nThe Soul Rebels started with an idea – to expand upon the pop music they loved on the radio and the New Orleans brass tradition they grew up on. They took that tradition and blended funk and soul with elements of hip hop\, jazz and rock all within a brass band context. The band has built a career around an eclectic live show that harnesses the power of horns and drums in a deep pocket funk party-like atmosphere. DESCRIPTION:ULLR NIGHTS\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn select Friday nights during the peak of winter season\, we honor of the Norse God of Snow — Ullr — with Ullr Nights\, a nighttime\, winter wonderland party at Elk Camp on Snowmass. \nFriends and family take an evening gondola ride up to Elk Camp for outdoor winter activities such as tubing\, riding the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster\, snowbiking\, s’mores and hot chocolate by the bonfire. Dance to live music and enjoy an a la carte culinary celebration sure to please any palate. Each car is equipped with lights to make your ride unforgettable.
