After spending a season at the Club Mediterranee’ St. Moritz Hotel Victoria she then decided to stake out a new life in Aspen in the customer service industry.
Her beginning foray into Aspen real estate started by working with rental clientele interested in an Aspen vacation. She found that there is a real demand for professional rental assistance in the luxury market. Wendalin has developed a strong rental division of Whitman Fine Properties that connects clients with the best rental property per their needs and enables the Aspen Home Buyer to tap into lucrative income streams when they are not using their properties. Wendalin has developed loyal relationships with her owners that experience very little wear and tear of their properties. She also has a loyal following of rental clients booking rental properties through Whitman Fine Properties year after year.

“I am a big believer that buyers in the Aspen market are extremely savvy and I am not going to try to sell them, but rather provide a fair and honest presentation of the market with an intensive and extensive look at all the options. Buyers want to know who are the motivated sellers and the best timing on making a deal. Then, they decide what the next move is. It can take a week or it can take ten years. It’s about the relationship and my reputation of integrity and honesty. This is the priority”. –Wendalin Whitman
